This well developed 15 acre park along Township Road is Pataskala’s original city park on the edge of the historic village.  The Municipal Park pool offers swimming lessons and open swims for families and adults, as well as private rentals for pool parties.  A paved trail along the scenic South Fork of the Licking River skirts the park and provides easy access for pedestrians and bicycle riders from the Bright Waters neighborhoods.   Prior to 1998 Municipal Park was the home to all of Pataskala’s park events and activities.  Today it offers everything families want for a fun afternoon outing.
